About   me

Hey, I’m Rishiharan Yasodharan but most people online know me as DerTamile or just Tami.
I was born in Frankfurt in 2001 and now live in Essen, where I study Game Art & Design at the University of Fine Arts (HBK).

Games have always been more than entertainment for me they’re worlds full of ideas, stories and creativity. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to bringing those worlds to life with art, design and a lot of imagination. 

What I do

• I love turning ideas into interactive experiences.
  From sketching a concept to building full 2D and 3D worlds – this is where I feel at home.

I work with:

• Unity – first- and third-person projects for PC and mobile

• Unreal Engine – VR, first- and third-person projects for PC

• Programming in C++, C#, HTML and JavaScript

• Visual Scripting with Unity’s Bolt and Unreal Nodes

Experience

• 2023 – Started studying Game Art & Design at HBK Essen

• 2023 – Advanced Technical College Entrance Qualification (Fachabitur)

• 2022–2023 – Voluntary Social Year (FSJ), where I discovered how much inspiration kids can bring into the world of games and learned a lot about communication and organization

Personal

In my free time I am passionate about gaming and music. I enjoy connecting with others on Discord or in person, as these interactions often inspire me in my creative projects. My curiosity for both digital and analog creative processes has motivated me to learn 2D and 3D art and to continuously expand my skills.
